The Balcony Naiyang is a beachfront condominium of 542 units at Naiyang Beach in Sakhu, Thalang, near Phuket International Airport. It is developed by Rhom Bho Property PLC under The Title brand, with nine low-rise buildings of 4 or 5 storeys set among pools and pine trees, its own beach entrance and the pine tree park in front. The project is under construction; overall progress was 16.57% in August 2026.

Units range from 1-bedroom (33 m²) and 1-bedroom plus to 2-bedroom units and penthouses of up to 139 m². The developer lists 53 facilities, including a 250-metre whirlpool, a 6 x 25 m lap pool, a cliff pool, a kids’ park with treehouse, fitness, a boxing zone, sauna and onsen.
