The developer’s reference materials describe two layouts: ANNA with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, and NARA with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Both include a maid’s room and two parking spaces.

The project materials describe salt-water pools, a sauna and steam room, double-height living areas, garden pavilions, fitted kitchens and wardrobes, and an EV charger. Confirm furniture, solar panels, maintenance and rental-management options separately; the signed specification determines what is included.
Location
Pasak 8 is a residential part of Cherngtalay. The developer’s brochure gives approximate distances of 3 km to Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket, 4 km to HeadStart International School and 5 km to Bang Tao Beach. Driving times depend on the route and traffic.
