This policy explains how Paradise Properties (ASIA) Co., Ltd., trading as ParaDICE Properties (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you use paradiceproperties.com or contact us. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) and, for visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message, for example the property, budget or area you are interested in.
- Details from your visit: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site. These are collected through cookies and similar tools, described below.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for, such as price lists, floor plans and viewing times. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To help you through a purchase or sale, including arranging viewings and working with the developer, seller and your lawyer. Legal basis: contract.
- To send you new listings or market updates, only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: consent for analytics cookies, where required.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
- Developers, sellers, lawyers and other service providers involved in a property you ask about, only when needed for your enquiry or purchase, and with your agreement.
- Service providers who run tools for us: website hosting, email and CRM (Brevo, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, WP Statistics), advertising measurement (Meta, TikTok) and spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA).
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers store data outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the PDPA.
Cookies
Our cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Necessary cookies, which the site needs to work, are always on. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link on the site, or in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in contact about a property, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer, for example for transaction records.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to its use;
- transfer it to another provider.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, write to sales@paradiceproperties.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee, or to your local data protection authority.
Security
Access to your data is limited to our team and the providers listed above. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
