Fizz Kata – New Condos in Kata, Phuket

Fizz is a new condominium of 135 units in Kata, on Phuket’s south-west coast, by Rhom Bho Property under its The Title brand. It is one 7-storey residential building with a 3-storey clubhouse, designed in a bright “tropical pop” style with curved balconies, pools and a pet garden.

Fizz is at the pre-launch stage. The developer announced it in October 2026 with the official sales start “coming soon”, so there is no price list, payment plan or completion date yet. The slogan is “Heaven on the Beach”, but the building is not on the beachfront: the developer’s map places it inland of Kata Road, and the brochure promises residents a free shuttle to the beach.
