Botanica Four Seasons is a large estate of private pool villas by Botanica Luxury Phuket Company Limited in Pru Jampa, Thalang, in the north of Phuket. The villas come in three collections: Spring (Modern Zen, 138 villas), Autumn (Modern Loft, 71 villas) and Summer (Tropical Balinese, 58 villas). According to the developer’s map, Phuket International Airport is about 17 minutes away and Layan Beach about 15 minutes.

Villas have 3 or 4 bedrooms and 275 to 590 m² of living area on plots of 418 to 1,275 m², and are handed over with pool, air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, kitchen and landscaping. The developer sells both off-plan and finished villas, and each collection has a show villa. Prices start from THB 23 million.

Residents share a clubhouse with fitness centre, café, tennis court, mini golf, playground and jogging track. Foreign buyers take a registered 30-year land lease; freehold title is available only to Thai buyers.
