Biancana Surin – New Condos near Surin Beach, Phuket

Biancana is a new low-rise condominium of 343 units at Surin Beach, Choeng Thale, Thalang District, on Phuket’s west coast. It is built by Rhom Bho Property, the developer behind The Title brand, with four residential buildings of 5 storeys on a plot of 12,312 m². The developer’s map shows a path of about 200 metres to Surin Beach.

Sales started at the end of February 2026, and in 2026 the site was being cleared of its previous structures.
