Casa de Monte is a gated community of 37 private pool villas in Koh Kaew, in the north of Mueang Phuket District, developed by Rhom Bho Property PLC under The Title brand on about 13 rai. The villas are built in a Tuscan style with arches, terracotta roofs and cypress trees. British International School Phuket is about 550 m away and Royal Phuket Marina about 2.8 km.

There are five villa types of one or two storeys with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 297 to 450 m² of usable area on plots of about 280 to 600 m², each with a private pool. The developer’s schedule gives construction from Q2 2026, the clubhouse and show villas in December 2026 and completion in Q3 2029.
