The Trees Residence is a low-rise, hotel-managed residence project by Phuket Plus and Anocha Property in Bangtao, Phuket, set in a green valley with forested mountain views. The project has 296 residences in 17 low-density buildings of 4–5 floors, with 16–20 units per building. Zone A (128 units) is sold out; Zone B (168 units in 10 buildings) is now on sale, with handover in Q4 2028.
Ownership: foreign freehold units are still available (within the foreign quota), ask us for freehold prices. Units can also be bought on leasehold: each unit is registered at the Land Office as a lease for an initial 30 years, with two further 30-year renewals set out in the lease addendum (up to 90 years in total, subject to the law at the time of renewal). The lease is transferable if the unit is sold.

Hotel services and rental
Zone B owners have unlimited personal use all year. When the unit is free, it can go into the operator’s rental programme with central booking; owners receive 75% of net room income (room revenue minus booking fees, housekeeping, utilities, marketing and other operating costs). Each owner has a dedicated guest relations officer, and smart door locks show occupancy in real time. We can share the developer’s rental projections on request; they are estimates, not guaranteed returns.
Facilities
Café and restaurant, swimming pools, hot and cold baths, ice bath, sauna, massage and spa, fitness centre, beauty salon, co-working space, library, kids’ club and playground, outdoor theatre and BBQ area, courtyard, 24-hour shop and lobby. Hotel services include concierge, housekeeping, laundry, room service and a shuttle.
Location
Bangtao Beach is a short drive away (5–10 minutes, according to the developer), with Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, Catch Beach Club, Laguna Golf Course and the HeadStart and Finnway international schools nearby. Phuket International Airport is about 30 minutes away.
Payments and costs to budget
Reservation THB 200,000; 35% on signing the lease agreement; then 10%, 10%, 15% and 10% at construction milestones and 20% on completion. One-time costs: admin and set-up fee THB 35,000, sinking fund THB 1,000 per sqm, water and electricity meters THB 20,000, leasehold transfer fee 1%. Common area fee THB 100 per sqm per month (one year paid in advance).
