Thep Krasattri (spelled Thep Krasatti in our listings) is an inland subdistrict of Thalang District in the north of Phuket. Together with Si Sunthon, it holds many of our Thalang villas. The area is greener and quieter than the west coast, villas sit on larger plots, and by the developers’ figures Layan Beach is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

By the developers’ figures, villa projects in inland Thalang are about 15 to 17 minutes by car from Phuket International Airport and 10 to 15 minutes from Layan Beach. Times vary with the exact plot and traffic.
Is there rental demand in Thep Krasattri?
