Property for sale in Rawai, Phuket: condos and villas, new projects and resale. Prices in THB, developer price lists, team at Royal Phuket Marina.
Rawai is at the southern tip of Phuket, in Mueang Phuket District, next to Nai Harn and a short drive from Chalong. It is more residential than resort: many owners live here all year, with local markets, cafés and international schools nearby. All seven homes we currently list in Rawai are villas, so this page suits buyers looking for a house to live in.
Our Rawai villas range from THB 21.5 to 38 million (October 2026), with 3 to 6 bedrooms; six of the seven are between THB 25 and 50 million. They are individual homes rather than off-plan projects, so ask us which are available to view. For low-rise condominiums near Rawai and Nai Harn beaches, ask us for current projects.
