Yes, under the same rules as anywhere in Thailand. A foreigner can own a condominium unit freehold within the building’s 49% foreign quota. Land can be owned freehold only by Thai nationals, so a foreign villa buyer usually takes a registered 30-year lease of the land.
How far is Kamala from the airport?
Our Kamala guide gives 30 to 40 minutes by car to Phuket International Airport; allow more in high-season traffic. The Element by Anocha is about 5 minutes from Kamala Beach by the developer’s figures.
Are units at The Element sold freehold?
Units at The Element by Anocha are offered freehold within the building’s foreign quota, from THB 5,152,575, or leasehold. We check which quota units are still available before you reserve.
