Thalang is one of the 3 districts that make up Phuket and is located in the northern part of the island. If you’re staying at Patong you’ll pass through the district on your way to your hotel as Phuket International Airport is in the northern part of Thalang district. Visitors looking to catch a glimpse of how Phuket was before the blooming of its tourism industry will enjoy various parts of Thalang.
Take small side roads that lead you to local villages (where you can still see some old wooden houses), rubber plantations, beaches and a few national parks. Popular Thalang attractions include the Splash Jungle water park, Thalang Museum, Phuket Heroines’ Monument, temples, and international award-winning golf courses.

Thalang is the district that covers the north of Phuket. It includes the airport, the west-coast beaches from Bang Tao to Mai Khao, and inland subdistricts such as Si Sunthon and Thep Krasattri, where most of our Thalang villas are. Inland Thalang is greener and quieter, villas sit on larger plots, and by the developers’ figures Layan Beach is about 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

By the developers’ figures, Botanica Four Seasons is about 15 minutes from Layan Beach and 17 minutes from the airport, and Anchan Indigo about 10 minutes from Layan Beach and 15 minutes from the airport. Times vary with the exact plot and traffic.
How much does property in Thalang cost?

Is there rental demand in Thalang?
