The Title Sierra is an off-plan condominium of 452 units in Cherng Talay (Choeng Thale), Thalang District, on the inland side of Bang Tao next to HomePro and Villa Market. It is built by Rhom Bho Property under its The Title brand, with three residential buildings of 8 storeys on a plot of 6,916.9 m². The developer places it about 3 km from Bang Tao Beach, around 10 minutes away, and provides a shuttle.

Sales started on 11 November 2025. The developer’s project information deck from late 2025 planned the start of construction for the second quarter of 2026 and completion for the third quarter of 2028.
