The Title Vivana – New Condos in Kamala, Phuket

The Title Vivana is a new low-rise condominium of 306 units in Kamala, Kathu District, on Phuket’s west coast. It is set inland from Kamala Beach, next to the Mingle Crystal Lake development, with four residential buildings of 7 storeys on a plot of about 6-1-22 rai. It is built by Rhom Bho Property under its The Title brand.

Vivana was launched in March 2026 and is sold off-plan.
