The Katabello is a condominium of 760 units in Kata, on Phuket’s south-west coast, developed by Rhom Bho Property PLC with AssetWise under The Title brand. Eight 7-storey buildings in soft Mediterranean colours are set around pools, gardens and water features, about 900 m from Kata Walking Street and Karon Night Plaza. Completion is planned for about Q2 2027 in the developer’s factsheet; overall progress was 16.1% in August 2026.

Units are 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus and 2-bedroom; show units are 28, 36, 47 and 66 m². In the developer’s selected-units list of February 2026, prices start from THB 5.8 million; newer lists have been issued since. Facilities include several pool zones, a pet pool and pet yard, a surf café, co-working space, fitness centre, boxing ring, onsen, sauna and a cinema room.
