It is built by Rhom Bho Property PLC under its The Title brand in an Amalfi Coast style, with white facades, arches and a Mediterranean garden of olive trees and cypresses. The developer reported 97.1% overall progress in August 2026.

Units are 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus and 2-bedroom, from 31 to 148 m². Early-bird prices in the developer’s 2024 brochure ranged from THB 3,875,000 to 16,724,000; prices have been updated since, so ask us for the current list. Facilities include a beach-style pool, a natural lagoon with wellness pool, a sky lap pool, a rooftop with sky bar and sunset viewpoint, co-working area, fitness, theatre room and library.
