Oliver Gee

Oliver has worked in real estate for over twenty years, including ten years in London and almost six years in Phuket. A Real Estate Management graduate of the University of Nottingham and a former member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he brings experience in acquisitions, estate management and investment.
In London, he began at a specialist retail property consultancy, advising retailers and acting as a rental agent for major shopping centres. He later specialised in convenience-format supermarket acquisitions before moving into senior roles with UK retailers.
As Acquisition Manager at Matalan, he was involved in an estate of more than six million sq ft across 227 stores, delivering seven large-format store acquisitions a year. At The Entertainer, as Estate and Acquisition Manager, he managed more than 150 stores, overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructuring, while delivering ten new acquisitions a year. He also worked on the retailer’s in-store concessions with Matalan and Tesco.
Oliver is a director of two UK commercial property management and investment companies. Since moving to Thailand, he has built a nationwide chain of vegetarian cafés and opened his first hotel in the north of the country.
He spent his first year in Phuket near Nai Harn and now lives in the Laguna and Bang Tao area with his family. Living in both the south and west of the island has shaped his understanding of its property market.
At ParaDICE, Oliver helps clients with sales, rentals, land, development and investment, as well as company set-up coordination and nationwide expansion for food and beverage operators and retailers. Legal, accounting and visa matters are coordinated with the relevant specialists.
